EasyBook is a powerful, yet simple to use booking system which caters for, inter alia:

WYSIWYG - what you see is what you get. The reservation screen shows all bookings in various colours representing the different booking stages,
such as: |

To make a booking you simply identify an available rental unit by dragging the mouse over the unit for the required number of days, enter the
guest's details and away you go. Bookings can comprise single or multiple rooms/houses and can be edited at the click of a button. |

Flexible - the program is extremely flexible in all respects. Rates, for
example, accommodate: |

billing on a per person or per room/house basis |

Invoices - can be automatically emailed or faxed by the system, as can rental agreements |

Updates website - the program updates your website automatically - make a booking, add or modify a rental unit, whatever - the relevant data is automatically uploaded to your website so that viewers of the website can see availability, pictures, description, etc.
You would of course need to do some work on your website to ensure that it
reads the EasyBook data files. |

.Audit trail - all actions are automatically placed in the audit
trail - so, you can see exactly who did what and when |

Once installed, EasyBook will operate in demonstration or evaluation
mode for 60 days.
Should you elect to acquire the program, then all that is required is a
security number from ETS and the program will automatically switch from demo
mode to licensed mode.

Refund policy
As you are provided with a demonstration copy of EasyBook which incorporates
all of EasyBook's functionality, you are expected to acquaint yourself with the
product before switching from demonstration mode. There is
consequently no refund policy.
